Rob Frehse is the Director of Coverage in CNN’s New York Bureau.

He contributes to newsgathering and digital stories across the United States and has been involved in coverage of many stories at CNN, including Hurricane Katrina, the Miracle on the Hudson, the Boston Marathon bombing and Hurricane Sandy.

Frehse previously worked at ABC television affiliates WCVB in Boston and WMUR in Manchester, New Hampshire before joining CNN in 2004.

Frehse earned his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University and graduated with honors from Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism in New York City.
